Job Overview

The Global Capital of World Peace^SM, currently the home of the Maharishi Purusha Program, is looking for a single male individual to oversee the operations of its physical plant. Both the Global Capital of World Peace^SM (GCWP) and the Maharishi Purusha Program (MPP) are 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.

Reports To

Capital Director

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the physical plant, including building maintenance, grounds, utilities, fire safety system, vehicles, and equipment
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and perform troubleshooting and general maintenance as required
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers

Qualifications

• Work experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Willingness to learn in new technical areas
• Experience with contractors and overseeing staff is a plus
